Hampton Inn & Suites Morgan City

I have stayed here for 3 months while working. Ive never felt more welcomed at a hotel. Every staff member is friendly and helpful. Lesley specifically, has always met me with a smile and is a warm presence when checking in. Id definitely return.

My stay was great! Checking in and out was easy! The rooms were clean, and the front desk lady, Crystal, was very pleasant, along with the housekeeper.

I had quite a few issues with my room when I got there, but they were all resolved very quickly and by a wonderfully friendly staff. I love that I could bring my dog with me, And look forward to staying here again. The elevators were a bit problematic, but I expect that to be resolved by the next time I stay there.

I can tell u that the rooms are "exceptionally" immaculate. They are big on cleanliness and are a very well organized team. Having the boys in blue support and protection , this is a smoke free facility, wheel chair accessible and accommodated wheelchair friendly rooms. Great breakfast bar in the morning on the house.. y'all enjoy!!

I love the Hilton Hotels. This one is the ONLY hotel we stay in (unless they’re booked). The suites are BIG and so nice w/ good lighting. This last stay idk the lady’s name that checked us in. My husband went inside to get the room and key. But I did see her when we left for the store. She was nice. Crystale checked us out, she’s nice as well. She asked if I’d receive my snacks. When I said nah I didn’t, she went to the back and got us cold bottles of water and the chips I wanted (Zapps lol I love those). I’m not sure if she’s the same person I s/w when I called front desk to ask for a toothbrush. If not I just wanna say that person was nice as well. I’m just gonna say it, if for ANY reason you’re in MC. You’d be wise to stay HERE not the other up the road (I know their name lol).

I had a wonderful experience at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Morgan City! From check-in to check-out, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming—true Southern hospitality. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and had a good variety of options. I especially appreciated the little extras—like coffee always available in the lobby and the easy parking. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and local spots, but still peaceful and quiet at night. Highly recommend this hotel whether you're passing through or staying a while!

The lady at the front desk, Crystle was super friendly and very welcoming! I was there for a work banquet so we stayed 2 nights. She was always so nice each time I’ve encountered her. She made sure we had everything we needed and always asked how was everything! This lady is amazing! The best receptionist I’ve ever encountered, hands down! Will definitely be doing another review once I get the “how was your experience”, email! I’ve never been so anxious to rate someone! Thank you Crystle! Will definitely recommend everyone to stay here! Keep up the great work! You and the other ladies are awesome!

I’m still in shock at how helpful and courteous every single staff member is. The breakfast was just right, prepared with care, rooms were clean, and during what was probably the most stressful situation thrown at Mimi and Kirt, they handled everything and everyone with grace and poise. A true rarity nowadays. We don’t travel to MC very much but damn if we ever do again, definitely coming back for the warmest smiles and best hugs. Thank you everyone for making the stay a great one!
